Returns & Exchanges:

•Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

•Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds:

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

•Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

•Custom or made-to-order items

•Final sale or clearance items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@graphicsguys.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
